The owner of this shop found my wallet at a movie theatre. I had pulled out a LOT of cash for an upcoming trip and all of my cards, etc... needless to say I was in a panic when he went out of his way to stop by my house to bring it back to me - every dollar and item still in it. I don't have any experience with my car but I think this shows a lot about the ethics of the owner. Any person honest enough to go out of their way for a wallet full of money they could have kept has earned my trust. Thanks again!

Unfortunately went to pickup my wife's car because they called and said it was ready. My wife called back and asked them are sure the car was ready for pickup,they said yes. Drove from South Gate all the way to the South Bay to pickup the car, the car wasn't ready the mechanic made a mistake and thought the car was ready, honest mistake, but when your asked by customer are you sure the car is ready to be pickup don't you think, you the service tech should make sure it's ready to go. I don't go the dealer any more because of bad customer service. I came here for better service, now I'm not sure I even want to bring my Mini Cooper in for service again. I think it's time to shop around for a new place, any suggestions? PS, picked up car today, finally. Thank you
